“I’ve got, as I’ve said before, I’ve got this charming communication officer called April, and for me she clinched the deal. She went back and forth over the procedure, what I should do, what I shouldn’t do, and because I’d had the lower part done in the United States, I knew exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it done, etc., and so sometimes I did trick questions to you and said, ooooo, I knew the answer, and she came back every time with exactly what I wanted to hear.
 
“And, so that for me clinched the deal. I had, every time if I had to … something, I would either email Joanna at the main office, or I would phone April. April in the end even gave me her own cell-phone number to phone, … email, everything was really really great.”
