I have come for regular cleaning every six months and I had also an implant….very professionally done and in a timely fashion very much. Well I particularly was in care of dr….the staff and I appreciate very much. It’s very professionally done, it’s clean and it doesn’t hurt. As you know what I do is, I just drive through the border and I come right away here and just park in the private parking and then when I am finished, I may be take a lunch somewhere and I go back so I never experienced any bad things about security here. Well I am not sure because I didn’t go a lot in United States  dentists but I went once and he was, I would say at least four times more expensive so, yeah that’s about what I think. No, I mean every time we need to come we call and people are very nice and for example my wife just called yesterday and she has an appointment today so it’s excellent and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have good care of all their teeth’s. ”

Posted by: George on February 29th, 2012 no responses.

Electing to have your Gluteal implant surgery in Mexico can be beneficial in many ways. For example, taking into account the gluteal implants cost in Mexico, you can easily save 30-70% on UK, USA or Canadian prices. Plastic surgery in Mexico has a long and distinguished past, and the quality facilities, experienced surgeons and low costs all add to the positive attributes that Mexico has on offer.

Gluteal Implant Surgery – An Overview

  • Gluteal Implants Mexico The procedure for gluteal implantation is also known as gluteoplasty.
  • Gluteal or buttock implants involve the insertion of a prosthesis or soft, solid silicone implant into the gluteus maximus muscle area or buttock region.
  • This type of implant is not a soft, fluid-filled sack of the type that you would expect to find in a breast implant. Rather it is a solid implant designed to lift and shape the buttock area.
  • You may select the size and shape of your implant depending on your requirements.
  • The aim of gluteal implants is to enlarge and lift the buttock area.
  • Buttock prosthetics are also resorted to after excessive weight loss to give the body the desired curves as outlined by João Medeiros Tavares Filho and colleagues in their study published in the June 2011 edition of the journal Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

  • Buttock enlargement plastic surgery cost in Mexico is generally significantly lower when compared to most other developed countries. Even when the cost of travel is included, there can still be sizeable savings by opting for gluteoplasty in Mexico.
  • If you are a little apprehensive of getting buttock prosthetics implanted, you can also opt for a low cost Brazilian butt lift surgery in Mexico. Brazilian buttock lift involves transferring fat extracted from other parts of your body into your rear to give it an enhanced appearance.
  • Rather than any noticeable difference in service quality, the cost of living in Mexico is much lower than that in First World countries. This is the main reason that savings are available and can be passed on to the customer.
  • Waiting lists in most Mexican clinics are shorter than you would expect to find in other countries. Thus, once you’ve decided on getting gluteal implants in Mexico, you can choose to have the procedure performed as soon as you like.
  • Mexico offers good travel links, particularly to countries such as the USA and Canada. Since the US shares a border with Mexico, many clinics in border cities like Tijuana are within driving distance of states such as California.

What You Should Know About Buttock Implants in Mexico

  • Los Algodones - Mexico Surgery generally lasts for approximately 1-2 hours and is done under general anesthesia.
  • If you elect to have your buttock augmentation in Mexico, remember to factor in recuperation time. Since this operation deals with an area that is required for sitting, walking and general mobility, recovery time is approximately 5-7 days.
  • After this period, most patients will be mobile and able to walk and sit, although it may take 6-8 weeks before you are fully comfortable with your implants. After a few months, patients should be able to resume their normal level of activity.
  • As with any surgery, there are always risks associated with treatment and these should be fully discussed prior to booking your treatment.
  • It’s a good idea to research the surgeons and hospitals in Mexico that you intend to use for your surgery. This gives you a chance to ensure that everything meets your expectations and requirements.

Tips for Traveling to Mexico

  • You need to ensure that you have the appropriate travel documents for traveling and staying in Mexico.
  • The currency of Mexico is the Peso and the official language is Spanish, although English is widely spoken in tourist areas.
  • Mexico is a large and diverse country so it’s important that you research the city which you intend to visit. If you’re worried about the risk of traveling to Mexico, you can consult your domestic government’s advice on the issue.
  • If you’re traveling to Mexico for cosmetic surgery, you might want to consider taking advantage of your trip to add vacation time. Mexico has a rich and varied culture with plenty of sights to see.

In this video, John from Sacramento, California talks about his dental treatment in Los Algodones, Mexico. Quality and affordable treatment in Mexico has been the major reasons why he selected this country over US.

Following is the dental video narration.

“My name is John…I am from Sacramento, California. I have been coming, it’s my fourth year coming back here and first year I had a cap and a six tooth bridge and I had some problems with it but I come back here because they guaranteed it and replaced it all for no charge. So I have been very happy. In fact I brought friends back here with me.

My teeth work was 7000 dollars in the States and I paid 900.  The other thing I really like about coming to Mexico is the amount of time it takes to have your work done in the lab and get your teeth back whereas in States its 2-3 weeks. And the first time I was here, I got it overnight and this time I think it’s going to be 2 days to have a six or seven tooth bridge which is really fast, that’s good.

I noticed that after my procedure, they sanitized the room and wouldn’t let anybody go in for ten minutes, which was a nice thing. I don’t know what all their education background is but they appear to have the latest equipment and all seem to be professional.

They have one girl…..speaks very good English and …staying alongside and asking wats going on. I have an appointment tomorrow at 1 o’clock to have the fitting for my bridge. Then I will do the porcelain and what they do to flash the enamel on it. I will come the next day and they will put it in.”

Very clean, very professional, very sweet people, attentive, you know they make sure your every need is met, make sure you are comfortable as you can be and they have been great. Absolutely not, absolutely not, it’s been a wonderful experience. It only took us what fifteen or twenty minutes to get here and the driver was sweet. Referred by a friend in .. who has her work done here and I had some really bad teeth and, so she referred us and we came down here and have since referred about 5-6 people and they are all very happy. Full mouth restoration – it took about seven hours. Then it went by very fast and everybody was so nice. We kind of checked in the US and that was very expensive. So from what I understand it’s about 10 percent here. They are very nice – back then and now.

We just called from the other side and they were coming down because my husband, he is impaired, his feet are really bad. ” Hi, I am Bridget and I am from Temple, Florida where I am a .. and I am here today because I am going to have gastric sleeve surgery. Well the honest , the prise was the big part of it for coming here. I had done a lot of research on the internet about the different types of procedures that are available and the gastric sleeve was the one that I really wanted to have and I researched the hospital and a forum where you can go and on that there were lot of positive things being said so I thought it was worth it for me. Well I had put on a lot of weight, … fast.

In 2004 I weight about a 120 pounds and now I am a little over 200 pounds. So I have problems walking. My feet hurt, my knees hurt, my hips hurt. I have lower back pain, I run out of breath very easily so just trying to exercise, I am constantly out of breath, nothing fits, nothing looks good, I don’t want to go anywhere because I just don’t like the way I look. I can’t even buy clothes to make myself look good. So I really need to lose weight just for health reasons, if nothing else.

My mother was a diabetic who recently passed away. I don’t want to become a diabetic and I am borderline for that right now so I have tried diets, I have tried exercises, I did the medi weight loss which was very expensive – I lost a little bit of weight, maybe 20 pounds but if you don’t stay on it, all the way comes right back and at this point I am desperate, desperate for an answer. Well so far everything’s been perfect.

We met at the hospital, we were picked up exactly like we were told, my co-ordinator and she made sure that we all met. She was calling back and forth to make sure that we recognise everybody. Told us what the van would look like, the name of the driver …everything was exactly as we expected. We were picked up, we were dropped off, and everybody here has been very friendly. I have no complaints.”

Coccyx Removal Surgery in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico

Posted by: Kimberly on February 21st, 2012 no responses.

This video shows a renowned orthopedic surgeon discussing about coccyx removal surgery in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. Coccyx removal surgery or coccygectomy is also known as tailbone removal surgery.

The bone and joint surgeon is highly qualified and internationally trained from places like New Orleans, San Diego and Baltimore in US. He is also a member of American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons.

Following is the video narration.

“Tailbone removal is a procedure that is not very commonly done. Tailbone is the ending part of the vertebral or the sacrum. So the only indications to the patient who needs to remove it is a fracture that has, had not successful outcome but persistent pain and malformation. Most the cases that we have done on tailbone removal are because of a malformation. We can do that because it produces pain in the sacrum area and the success rate of the procedure with this indications is very good because the patient will definetely feel the difference after it has been removed.

Concering a fracture, it’s always wise to try to give it a conservative treatment, as long as its possible and tolerated by the patient but still there are some patients that won’t feel better with the treatment and at the end may require a  tailbone removal. The truth of this procedure is that it’s not very commonly done because most of the patients at the end will feel better with the conservative treatment but with certain patients such as the congenital malformation or so, that’s when we insist on doing the procedure and they do very well with the outcome generally.”

This orthopedic surgeon from Mexico specializes in orthopedic surgeries including knee replacement, hip replacement, shoulder joint, elbow and ankle joint replacement surgery, rotator cuff and revision joint surgeries.
